Our 2023 rose is made from Tannat, a variety that is native to the Southwest part of France, but still pretty uncommon in California. One of the few vineyards that has Tannat is Alder Springs vineyard in Mendocino. The rugged site shows in this wine, which has great weight and acidity and is incredibly refreshing.
